Loan Officer

This postion performs a wide range of duties related to Real Estate Mortgage Loan generation and follow-up. Duties will include following up on referrals and self-generating leads in the community.

Experience:

Three years recent Real Estate loan origination and processing experience.

Hours:

40 hours per week

Location:

Real Estate Department
Positions available in Redding, Roseville, Santa Rosa and Eureka



Financial Services Representative

This position, under general supervision, performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling bank deposit products to new and existing customers. Opens and processes all types of new accounts. Is knowledgeable of the bank’s products and services, and assists customers in choosing appropriate types of accounts. Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.

Experience:

2 years or more recent experience in bank operations preferred; teller experience beneficial; 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.

Hours:

M-F, 40 hours per week, 9am-6pm

Location:

Country Club Branch


Customer Service Representative

This position promotes and sells bank products to new and existing customers and provides customer service by receiving, paying and keeping accurate records of all moneys involved in such transactions. Accepts transactions, verifies currency and coin following basic procedures.

Experience:

6 months cash handling and/ customer service or sales experience preferred. Teller experience beneficial.

Hours:

M-F, 20 hours per week

Location:

Eureka Downtown Branch - 402 F Street


On-Call Customer Service Representative

This position, under close supervision, promotes and sells bank products to new and existing customers and provides customer service by receiving, paying and keeping accurate records of all moneys involved in such transactions. Accepts transactions, verifies currency and coin following basic procedures. As an on-call employee, there are no guaranteed hours worked per week nor established schedule or location. Employee must be responsive and flexible to meet the needs of the bank, regardless of times and location.

Experience:

6 months prior cash handling experience preferred; 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred; teller experience beneficial.

Roseville Branch
